SCCJ Knowledge Evening: Using Your Brand and Corporate Values to Recruit Talent
|Date||October 20, 2016|
|Deadline For Registration||Wednesday October 19, 2016, 00:00|
We all know the difficulties of hiring good talent for your business, especially if your operation in Japan is not yet so big. Here is your chance to listen to the CEO and Representative Director of an SCCJ corporate member with a midsized operation in Japan sharing his experiences of how to handle the challenges you meet when hiring talent, and how using the company brand can make the process more successful. He will also describe the challenges of getting the new hirees to actively embrace the company values that once made them interested in the company they have joined.
There will also be a panel of experienced recruiters from Robert Walters, Enworld, and Morgan McKinley who will contribute with their experiences from how to sucessfully use your brand when recruting talent.
And there will be plenty of time for questions and discussions at the seminar, and mingle and networking with drinks and some food before the seminar starts, all of which is the core of an SCCJ Knowledge Evening. (Both English & Japanese OK!)
