DCCJ Annual General Meeting 2025

Dear DCCJ Members,

We are delighted to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in Japan (DCCJ), on Thursday, March 13th, 2025. The AGM will provide an insightful overview of the Chamber’s activities, key initiatives, and future plans.

Following the main AGM meeting, we are pleased to welcome Jarl Frijs-Madsen, Ambassador of Denmark to Japan, who will provide an update on Danish-Japanese relations. We will then be joined by Jean-Eric Paquet, Ambassador of the European Union to Japan, as our guest speaker. His keynote address will offer valuable insights into the EU's policy priorities and initiatives aimed at strengthening the EU-Japan partnership. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest speaker agenda may be subject to change.

After the meeting, a standing reception will take place, offering an excellent opportunity to engage with fellow members, exchange ideas, and discuss the future direction of DCCJ.

We truly value the involvement of our members and believe that your active participation is key to improving and evolving DCCJ’s role and initiatives. Please feel free to reach out with any ideas or feedback to help us better serve our community.

Please note: For Corporate Members, only two representatives are permitted to attend for free. For Individual Members, one representative can attend at no charge.
